Canada Study Map
Canada as a study map, then schools in the Niagara Falls style — starting with University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF).
University of Niagara Falls Canada

It is not the University of Toronto, and it is not Niagara University in New York State. Those are different institutions.

The Falls are why the city is famous. UNF is a downtown campus a short ride from this lookout — tourism city and lecture room share one

Queen Street core. UNF occupies the Hatch Building here. This is an urban floor-plate campus, not a 100-acre green college.
Student life in Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is a border tourism city, then a student city. Winters are cold and snowy. Summers are busy with visitors. You live near the river, the parkway and a downtown that UNF was meant to help revive.
A week looks like:
- Classes in the Hatch Building
- Walks along the Niagara Parkway
- Weekend at the Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake
- GO / bus links toward St. Catharines and the GTA
- Buffalo, New York, is across the river — a different country, a different visa

The Parkway between class and the Falls. Niagara student life is outdoors when the weather allows — then it is winter coats.

Niagara-on-the-Lake. Wine country and theatre town, and the site of Niagara College’s Patterson campus. Same region, different school.
The other Niagara schools (same region)
UNF is one piece of a three-school map.
Brock University — St. Catharines Public university. About 18,000 students. Full campus on the escarpment. Co-op is a known strength. Faculties across arts, science, business, education, health. McMaster’s Niagara medical campus sits on Brock ground. This is the region’s large public university.
Niagara College — Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake Public college since 1967. Applied programmes: hospitality, horticulture, business, health, trades, technology, broadcasting. Strong applied-research reputation among Canadian colleges. UNF lists articulation from many NC business diplomas into the UNF honours BBA, plus English-pathway recognition.
